Refund and Returns Policy

CREED SOLUTIONS TRAVEL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Applies to all travel products on travel.creedsol.com

1. Purpose of Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how Creed Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes refund requests for all travel packages, tours, experiences, and activities offered on travel.creedsol.com.
Our goal is to maintain fairness, transparency, and protect guests while safeguarding our business from fraud, chargeback abuse, and third-party platform risks.

2. Payment Integrity & Fraud Protection

To protect both parties, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and the exact individual or account that made the payment.
This prevents identity fraud, unauthorized refund redirections, and financial claims from third parties.

If the original payment method is no longer available, a strict verification process will be required. This process may extend the refund timeline beyond 1–30 business days, depending on the case.

3. Standard Refund Timelines

Once approved, qualifying refunds may take:

  • 1–30 business days for domestic payments
  • 10–45 business days for international payments depending on the financial institution, country regulations, and payment processor

Refund timelines are determined by Paystack, PayPal, Stripe, banks, FX processors, and regulatory bodies not Creed Solutions.

4. Refund Eligibility (What Qualifies for Refunds)

Refunds may be issued in the following approved situations:

4.1 Guest-Initiated Cancellation (Before Trip Start)

Depending on when cancellation occurs, partial refunds may apply according to the trip’s cut-off dates.

4.2 Trip Cancellation by Creed Solutions (Operational Reasons Only)

In the rare case that we cancel a tour due to internal operational reasons, guests are entitled to:

  • A cash refund equal to the net amount Creed Solutions actually received after payment processor fees, currency conversions, and bank charges, OR
  • A full-value travel credit usable for any future Creed Solutions experience

4.3 Force Majeure, Government Restrictions & Third-Party Failures

Events outside our control (weather, government action, flight disruptions, venue closures, natural disasters, etc.) do not qualify for cash refunds.
In such cases, compensation will be issued as travel credits only, not cash.

4.4 Overpayment or Duplicate Payment

Guests who accidentally make duplicate bookings will receive a refund of the net amount received for the duplicate transaction.

5. Non-Refundable Components

To keep pricing fair and protect the integrity of our service, the following items are always non-refundable:

  • Payment gateway fees (Paystack, PayPal, Stripe, Banks)
  • Currency conversion losses
  • Cross-border transfer fees
  • Accommodation lock-in deposits
  • Third-party vendor retainers
  • Add-ons already fulfilled (glam, media, reservations, etc.)
  • No-show scenarios

6. Refund Amounts & Third-Party Payment Processing Rules

Refunds are issued based on the net amount Creed Solutions actually received after all payment processor fees, exchange rate adjustments, and bank charges.
We do not refund amounts withheld by PayPal, Paystack, Visa/Mastercard, Stripe, banks, or FX regulators.

Example:
Guest pays $500 via PayPal.
After PayPal fees + FX + bank charges, Creed Solutions receives $430.
Refund = ₦ equivalent of $430, not $500.

7. Refund Method

  • Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used to complete the booking
  • Refunds CANNOT be redirected to a new bank account, friend, partner, or third party
  • Travel credits expire after 24 months but can be extended upon request

8. How to Request a Refund

Guests may submit refund-related communication only via:

Requests sent to personal numbers, WhatsApp, or social media will not be processed.

9. Chargeback Abuse & Policy Violations

Creed Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Suspend future bookings
  • Deny service
  • Pursue legal or financial recovery
  • Involve law enforcement in cases of fraudulent claims or chargeback manipulation

Chargebacks filed outside our policy or against clear agreements will be vigorously disputed.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or paying for any Creed Solutions travel product, the guest acknowledges and accepts:

  • All trip-specific disclaimers
  • Third-party gateways’ deduction rules
