1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Creed Solutions Travel (“Creed Solutions”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking any travel package, tour, experience, or event on travel.creedsol.com, you (“guest”, “client”, “participant”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any trip-specific instructions issued before or during your experience.

These Terms govern all bookings, payments, travel operations, event participation, communications, and liabilities associated with our services.

If you do not agree, you must not book or participate in any of our offerings.

3. BOOKING CONDITIONS

3.1 Eligibility

To book any Creed Solutions travel service, guests must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Possess valid travel documentation
  • Meet destination entry requirements
  • Be capable of participating safely in scheduled activities

3.2 Trip Categories (General & Special Editions)

Creed Solutions operates a variety of experiences across Africa, including:

  • General tours (open to all genders)
  • Corporate retreats
  • Luxury group travel
  • Private custom travel
  • Seasonal and thematic travel packages

From time to time, we also offer special edition group trips curated for specific audience segments (e.g., women-only trips, couples’ experiences, luxury men’s retreats, niche interest trips, etc.).

In these cases:

  • Participation criteria may vary depending on the trip theme
  • Gender-specific or audience-specific eligibility is clearly stated on the product page
  • Restrictions apply only to the designated special edition trip, not to Creed Solutions’ general operations

3.3 Accuracy of Information

Guests are responsible for providing accurate names, documentation, and personal details.
Inaccurate information may result in booking delays or forfeiture.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Accepted Payments

Creed Solutions accepts:

  • Paystack
  • PayPal
  • Credit/debit card payments
  • Approved bank transfers

4.2 Deposits & Payment Schedules

Certain tours require a non-refundable deposit to secure a spot.
Remaining payments must be completed by the due date specified on the product page.

4.3 Payment Issues

Late payments, failed payments, or delays may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

5. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & CHARGEBACKS

Refunds follow our company-wide Refund Policy, which applies to all travel products.

You agree that:

  • Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback voids your booking and may lead to further action
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only
  • Refunds cover the net amount received after payment gateway fees, FX fluctuations, and bank charges
  • Creed Solutions is not liable for PayPal/Paystack deductions

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

Guests must:

  • Maintain respectful behavior
  • Follow host and security instructions
  • Adhere to local laws and venue rules
  • Avoid disruptive, violent, or illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove guests who pose risks to the group.
Refunds do not apply in such cases.

7. TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest responsibilities include:

  • Safely handling personal belongings
  • Securing valid passports & visas
  • Meeting entry, medical, and vaccination requirements
  • Arriving on time for all scheduled activities

8. ITINERARY FLEXIBILITY

Creed Solutions reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to:

  • Safety
  • Vendor changes
  • Seasonal factors
  • Weather
  • Operational issues
  • Government restrictions

Adjustments do not qualify for refunds.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Creed Solutions is not responsible for disruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemics
  • Transport cancellations
  • Government bans
  • Extreme weather
  • Venue closures

When compensation is possible, it is issued as future travel credit, not cash.

10. THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS

We work with trusted third-party providers including:

  • Hotels & villas
  • Restaurants
  • Event venues
  • Airlines
  • Transportation companies
  • Activity vendors
  • Media teams
  • Security teams

We are not liable for their service failures, delays, or negligence.

11. MEDIA RIGHTS

Guests consent to the use of group photos and videos for promotional purposes.
Requests to opt-out from future marketing can be made, though previously published content may remain.

12. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Guests acknowledge the inherent risks of travel, including nightlife participation, transport, water activities, and group movement.
Creed Solutions is not responsible for injuries caused by:

  • Ignoring safety instructions
  • Intoxication
  • Reckless or unlawful behaviour
  • Local environmental conditions

13. MEDICAL & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Guests must disclose:

  • Medical conditions
  • Allergies
  • Physical limitations
  • Dietary needs

Failure to disclose relevant information may void participation or refund eligibility.

14. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Creed Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Theft
  • Loss
  • Damage to belongings
  • Items left behind

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Guests agree to:

  1. First contact us via refund@creedsol.com or dispute@creedsol.com
  2. Attempt mediation
  3. Proceed to legal channels only if necessary

16. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
The most recent version is always available on our website.
